After the competitive bidding, MEPM won the INDOGO project in shanghai Longfor Hongqiao business area as a start of 2018.

INDIGO hotel in shanghai Longfor hongqiao business hotel is a brand of IHG.

INDIGO is a fashion boutique hotel brand of IHG, and it was the first time introduced in Atlanta U.S. and welcome by the marketing in 2004. It main customer is the top people who focus on the personality and the authentic experience, and INDIGO provides the experience with the local history, culture and the nature element. “Neighbor” culture is the code of the INDOGO hotel. As the first chain boutique hotel brand, the chain boutique indigo emphasize the regional characteristics, as a result, there are no exactly same INDIGO Hotel in the world. However, any INDIGO hotel will seek to integrate with the city in the design detail. Different cities, different characters, different styles of customs, different cities with the different neighborhood cultures, and different kinds of wonderful. INDIGO brings refreshing neighborhood experience, original flavor of neighborhood and urban culture to guests with refreshing neighborhood culture, fresh and natural hotel design and inspiring warm services.

Project introduction:

The INDIGO Hotel in Shanghai Longfor Hongqiao Business area was invested by Longfor Group, and its total construction area up to 430 thousand square meters and the hotel’s up to 29 thousand and 400 square meters.

The project is built in the No. 5 block of the first phase of the Shanghai Hongqiao business area. It is close to the two major functional projects in the region - the Hongqiao hub station and the National Convention and Exhibition Center. Hongqiao transportation hub is the largest transportation hub of the country, its straight distance is 500m, and it can be reached in 8 minutes by walking. The Distance to the world class National Convention and Exhibition Center is only 500m, amd walking 8 minutes; the surrounding subway are line 2 and line 10 Hongqiao railway station. Along the river along the green belt landscape, the area is flexibly divided.
