The good grade because of the hard work, the good news always with the exciting song. Recently, MEPM won a bidding again, it is the project QUANZHOU BINJIANG Crowne plaza hotel.

The full name of Crowne plaza is Crowne plaza and resort, it is a brand of IHG. At the beginning, the brand name is Crowne Plaza Hotel, and the first one opened in 1983 in Rockville Maryland. After few years, Crowne Plaza to be independent from IHG (at the same time, the brand holiday Inn still working). Crowne Plaza to be the best choice for the business and leisure travel for its unique garden-themed lobby design, spacious and comfortable rooms, luxurious entertaining facilities and warm hospitality.

Quanzhou BINJIANG Crowne Plaza Hotel is invested by Quanzhou Maocheng Real Estate Co., Ltd and the project is located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, it is the first international five-star hotel in Quanzhou, as a result, Crowne Plaza has been the new Quanzhou charm and it is a sign of Quanzhou five-star hotel catch a new top. There is no doubt that Crowne Plaza Riverside will be even more represent of Quanzhou Licheng or landmark. Around the hotel also has 20,000 square meters theme of flagship business, 28,000 square meters of European-style landscaped garden, 1600 square meters of platinum clubs, 1400 square meters community kindergartens; adjacent to 2000 acres of Riverside Wetland Park, sitting on 23000 square meters of municipal theme parks, a great overview of the Yangtze River.

The total construction area of the project is about 66250.00 square meters, 29 floors on the ground and 2 floors under the ground. The Crowne Plaza Hotel take up 49,690.00 sq.m. The service area consists of B1 floor equipment room and logistics area with an area of about 5,980.00 sq.m. From the ground floor to the 6th floor, the eighth floor, from the 12th floor to the 29th floor, the total area is about 43710.00 square meters.
