Nanping, in the impression of it is a village in the city, the people jokingly called it "the first town bridge".

In the past, we called it "Xiangzhou suburb", Nanping town under the jurisdiction of many communities both Huafa,

Yongji and other high-grade residential communities, and Guangchang, Guangsheng and other communities from

the "village to live", is a typical urban-rural junction.

The jagged wires and billboards, the narrow and crowded streets, the mottled and dilapidated outer walls and the

bustling crowds constitute the urban fragments of the old Nanping.

Late at night, the trivialities of the day seem to have not completely faded, and the snack stands on the roadside

tell the deep emotions and secrets of today, and look forward to the new stories of tomorrow.

02 | Change |

Day after day, in the tide of time changes, the former Nanping is also quietly changing.

Nowadays, "gathering place of artistic youth", "inheriting characteristic traditional culture", "Beishan Music Festival"

and "high appearance level" have become the "high-frequency words" to describe Nanping.

The building records the precipitation of time, but also writes a new chapter of the city.The pace of change in Nanping

has not stopped. The Lailai Nanping Times Square, which will be officially opened on May 19, 2019, will become the

landmark of the "New Nanping".

Zhuhai  Nanping  Royal Times Square is located in the central urban area of Nanping, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. It is invested

and developed by Lailai Group of Macao, which has rich experience in retail operation.The project covers an area of

43,821.90 square meters, with a total construction area of about 308,356.67 square meters, including a three-storey

underground garage.The five commercial floors cover a total area of about 50,00.00 square meters, while the four towers

are divided into offices, businesses and hotels.

In the future, Nanping  Royal Times Square will become a headquarters industrial complex project integrating headquarters office

, cross-border trade exhibition platform, one-stop scene experience shopping center, high-end business-themed boutique hotel

and so on.

The breaking of the waves of the city can never be separated from the silent cultivation and dedication of the city builders.

This time, Shanghai Baiheng Electromechanical Design Co., Ltd. (MEPM) provided electromechanical system services for

the Nanping  Royal Times Square project.In view of the nature and characteristics of the project, the team continued in-depth

analysis and research, wisdom and efforts congealment into the most suitable electromechanical solution for the project,

for the landing of the new landmark Nanping with a big pen.

height analysis, subsystems comparison analysis, vertical traffic analysis, operation and maintenance analysis, centralized

catering exhaust oil fume treatment analysis, etc.);

Conceptual design of electromechanical system;

Mechanical and electrical system scheme design;

Mechanical and electrical preliminary design review.
