The construction site of this project is the ancient town of Xinshi, with the Xiaonanzha River in the north and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the south. It is the development project of Xinshi Guzhen Tourism Development Co., Ltd. of Deqing Cultural Tourism Group in the three peninsula areas on the south side of the ancient town.The planned land area of the project is about 31,579 square meters, and the total construction area is about 27,757 square meters, including 18,957 square meters above ground and 8800 square meters underground.Considering the tourists' demand for high-quality accommodation and the current situation of five-star hotels in the ancient town, the company decided to develop an ecological tourism and lodging area in the western part of the area, which covers about one-third of the area.At present, it has signed a brand cooperation agreement with Intercontinental Group to build Holiday Inn in Guzhen, Xinshi City.

Shimao Chongqing Qianisimen Project is located in the core area of Jiangbeizui CBD, adjacent to Chongqing Grand Theater in the east, Chongqing Science and Technology Museum in the north, Jialing River and the core area of Yuzhong Peninsula in the south, with a 500-meter golden river shoreline.The proposed complex in Block B19 is composed of three towers T1, T2 and T3, six storeys of commercial podium and seven storeys of underground garage.
